Owl puzzle images

The folks at Owl magazine reached out to have me work on a 'Brainbuster' spread for this month's issue. I chose a space theme and took liberties developing some of the supplied 'puzzle' content. However I wasn't involved in the final layout, including the grounds on which each puzzle sits.

Birthday Card for a Sister

I usually find time to make a birthday card for family members, often by hand. Sometimes I make one a bit more polished and have it printed. I had some fun exploring lettering and texture, with a limited palette, in this one for my 'big sis' Carmen last April.

'Save the date' illustration

This past June my wife and I were married (!), but before that, we sent a 'save-the-date' to our modest guest list. These were printed at 4x5 and had a magnetic strip applied to the back. We also customized all the ceremony and reception material (signs/favours/itinerary etc), which I'll share in a later post.
